The refund will only be issued after it has been inspected and the goods are confirmed to be in an acceptable condition.
When returning your item please include a print out of the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
The RMA can be generated from within your account.
Please ensure all items being returned are sent by an insured and trackable method.
